ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
(AGM)
This is an open public meeting, usually held at West Horsley Village Hall in the evening of the first or second Thursday in November each year. This full, formal meeting as required as part of G&F being a Community Interest Company (CIC), and includes the need for Directors to be formally voted into their role. It includes a Chairman's report on the year, a Head Gardener's report, presentation of formal Financial Accounts, reports on the Allotments, Building Activities and Wildlife. There is also an opportunity for attending members to ask questions. Minutes are published on the website after approval at the following Directors’ meeting.
ORDINARY GENERAL MEETING
(OGM)
This is also an open public meeting, usually held after lunch in the G&F Potting Shed on the second Saturday in May each Year. This brief meeting includes a Chairman's report, finance update and Head Gardener's report, followed by any questions from the floor from members. Minutes are published on this website after approval at the following Directors’ meeting.
